It is enough to sit comfortably and let yourself travel through nature for about 10 minutes - on the beach by the sea or a mountain lake, to watch the sunrise or sunset, to relax in a deck chair in nature, or to take a walk through the forest to a beautiful meadow or be inspired by the rainbow after the rain.
Through mindfulness, you will feel that you can easily relax whenever you need to and completely renew yourself in a few minutes.
