Reset exercises at work are done on a chair and are designed as a 10-min break to relax, stretch, restore energy, improve focus and motivation.
Ideally, the moment you feel tension or pain in your head, neck, shoulders or back increasing, or your concentration or energy dropping, feeling tired or exhausted, you should listen to the signal your body is sending you and take a few minutes break to allow your body to re-energize, refresh, reset and recharge your batteries and continue working with much better concentration and efficiency.
